What Does Heaven Look Like

Delores asked the question of the LBC. Doesn't it usually look like a release from toil, care and worry? A release from pain and fear?
Well, my business system failed today and I had to get another system, build it to what I need - and it is still not complete well after midnight. So, this is what Heaven looks like to me right now:

  2. I too can relate to that. But I'd rather have a beer. Seems heaven is many things.

  4. I have heard the saying that death is but a "sleep and forgetting". So sleep must logically be what takes us to heave, right? ;)

  5. Coincidentally, I just read a two-book series that incorporates some fascinating speculation about the nature of God and Heaven in a very clever and entertaining treatment of Shakespeare and Marlowe's involvement with maintaining the reign of Queen Elizabeth, involving Faerie and Promethean wizards. Steel and Ink and then Hell and Earth by Elizabeth Bear are the books. Good for relaxing after stressful days that do not necessitate an immediate dive into bed.

  6. Good job, consort. Your image looks heavenly to someone who is exhausted, eyes burning, back aching, head throbbing…

You've been significantly beaten up lately. You should embrace that bed like your best friend!

I've often wondered what dimensions dreams sometimes span. You know what a fan I am of the great Mystery!
